2 Weinig moulders…whether your need is S4S, S2S or patterns, such as T&G, shiplap, window and door parts or mouldings.  CDLC has in-house knife grinding capabilities that makes almost any pattern possible. And with daily production of 150-200/m bd ft, has the capacity to meet your needs.

2 McDonald 54” Band Saws. Both with tilting feed works for angled cuts such as Bevel siding.

Single or multiple Gang rip.

3 Sorting chains with up to 18 pulls per chain. Can easily accommodate PTL, combined lengths and multiple grades. Defect trimming is available.

All sorting and moulding lines are equipped with grading stations and trim saws.

Custom Kiln Drying, 2 single and 1 double track 64’ dry kiln.
